Thank you Martin and Rebecca  I knew I had seen that but the service desk informed us we should only use this option for learners who were coming back from a break and not those that had previously been withdrawn which is why I doubted myself.  Much appreciated.

Thank you Martin By doing so does this mean they can be less than a year LOS as long as the original time on programme and the new LOS both add up to the minimum duration? Is this the same for learners transferring in from another provider too?

Hi Alicia No they have no fix and no planned dates. The only information I have been given is that you should email the App service. I now just get weekly emails saying they will respond in 5 days which they do not.  I have raised this all over the ESFA and App service and don't get anywhere but the more people that raise it the more they may take note.

Hi Danielle I think it depends who you speak to as in most cases, I have seen a number of answers floating around saying both things! I am going to go with full hours and not enter any actual hours for learners where original start date was before Aug 19. Will see if we get an error.

Thank you Martin And for learners who originally started Pre Aug 19 and then return would we need to record the actual hours when they complete? The actual hours was only for learners with a start date after Aug 19.
