I did contact the ESFA helpdesk with this question: Now 'learning in the workplace' is fundable again, does that mean we can fund our own staff and if so, will it need to be outside working hours? and this was the response: As we have lifted the restrictions regarding 'learning in the workplace' we no longer highlight this in our rules, so we would not dictate how this learning should take place. It would be for Providers to decide.

Just been looking at the further education and skills NARTS. Does anyone know how they came to the target (I assume NARTS) figures that are showing in the QAR dashboards as they don't correspond to any NARTS we can find. I've tried filtering a number of different ways and I can't get anywhere near what is in the dashboard. We've looked at 22/23, 23/24, 24/25 and none of them match with the QAR figures. What am I doing wrong?

I never did end up with a definitive list but we had a consultant who was previously involved in writing the funding rules etc and he advised that as long as you can evidence you have met 71% - 75% of the recommended GLH you will be fine.

So if they aren't switching it to a warning does that mean they don't believe it is an error and we all need to add either the DAM code or the ESFA 391 code? Or are they saying they will resolve the issue for the following return?

Do you know if this issue includes LearnDelFAMType_122 and LearnDelFAMType_123? We seem to have the same issue as LearnDelFAMType_124.
