Yes, Jenna, if they have not completed the programme aim, then they would have to be a withdrawal.

Hang on though - if they didn't achieve FS then they couldn't achieve apprenticeship? If a framework then you couldn't claim achievement from ACE and if a standard you couldn't claim they had gone through EPA and failed, so I would say no you shouldn't get completion payment because they aren't complete.

Louise you should be able to find them under the old Hub: https://collections.des.fasst.org.uk/Pages/default.aspx Sign in top right with your usual login, then you should see three tabs. Click on data returns and business reports and all your R14 reports should still be there. Sue

That is correct on all counts, Jessica. UK ENIC is the only way you can exempt a learner with non UK qualifications. If your organisation has membership with them, I'm guessing you can get it yourself, alternatively learners would need to pay £49 plus VAT (I think) per certificate. When you're uploading evidence to your EPAO you need to submit both the comparability statement and the original certificate. Sue

Seriously. The majority of this information is available on the EPAO portal. You don't get a certificate if the learner fails, the declarations submitted to the portal confirm the apprentice and employer agree that the apprentice is ready for EPA, how much more bureaucracy do we need? As if we don't have enough to do!

Andy, the way I read it was that from April the incentive was being raised to £3k so from that I took it that it was April starts it would be applicable to. Sue
