Thanks Becky, no the clawed back OPP payments were not corrected in RO9: I did check any co-investment payments etc were up to date. I think we may have not entered on the ILR Data that we had paid the final employer incentive (£500) but I dodnt think that affected things like clawback? Its a bit frustrating that the Help Desk will not just speak to you as I am sure these dort of things could be cleared up in minutes if I could speak to them. Our data manager left a few weeks ago and whilst I have a good knowledge and comprehension I dont know everything like a data manger probably would. Thanks for your suggestions though.

Hi Steve, thanks and yes its literally March 25 return R08. We use Pellcomp PICs as our LMS so I will edit the now closed data on each apprentice and then re submit it with the correct data (dates) on R09 then. Many thanks

Thanks Martin, so where can I find the 'further technical details as to how this change should be reported'.......etc?. Should I contact ESFA helpdesk who may direct me/authorise me to submit an authorised EAS submission for completion payment maybe?
