Hi Steveh, We currently use the date we receive EPA results as the completion date.  This is a few weeks after the learner does their presentation/interview.  So we should be using the date of their presentation as the completion date? TIA Jean

Hi, We had a case a couple of years ago similar to this.  UK national had been studying in Malaysia for a year.  We also asked the help desk and was told as long as it was a temporary move, they always intended to return and their main residence is in the UK, then they are eligible
