Hi, Is the learner obliged to mention any convictions when they sign up? If they aren't, then how are we as providers supposed to know to put safeguarding measures in place? Thank you Jean

Hi Martin, I attended an ESFA webinar just before Christmas and it was stated that the incentive scheme will not be extended beyond January 2022. However, there is nothing to say it will not be re-introduced at some time in the future. HTH Jean

Hi Ashley, I would contact my ESFA National Case Load Manager and ask for their help. You should also have a Provider Manager who may also be able to help. Not sure if the employer should have similar people to contact. HTH Jean

Hi Helen, I received the following link from one of the companies we have learners from: https://help.apprenticeships.education.gov.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/4403039569810-Incentive-payment-for-hiring-a-new-apprentice-Provider-actions If you click on the link it tells you of all the things that need to be in place before employer can claim the incentive. If anything is missing/changed after the 8th of the current month, they will not be updated on their system until the following month. Hope that makes sense and helps Jean

Hi. The box where you have put 999999999 is where the agreement ID 6 digit code should go. You can get this from DAS, go into individual learner and it shows under 'Overview' I don't know what system you are using so not sure where you would put the 999999999. Hope this helps

If the warning message is LearnDelFAMDateTo_02 it does refer to the actual learning end date being after the planned end date. You will continue to get this warning until the academic year is complete is what I was told. I presume this means R14
