Thanks Chloe That was my initial thought,but I couldn't see any guidance with regards to this and didn't want to remove the aim in case it breached any rules etc. Thanks Chris

Thanks Martin and Steve Yes, it's ESFA full time programmes and at R.06 were only at 56.4%. From 2018.19 guidance Annex C: table C2 says 40% to 60% of full year allocation = Clawback half allocation payment for April-July,but I cant find anything more recent than that Thanks Again Chris

Hi I just wanted to ask a similar question, A learner started in September and attended through to Christmas,but have now moved to Scotland because of the Fathers job.I need to withdraw this Learner,but how do we get paid for the hours we have delivered ? Do we need to adjust the ILR ? Thanks Chris
