We are also having issues where we have not been receiving notifications of Stops/Pauses/New cohorts. Last notification was received at 12:38 yesterday (04/06) but nothing received since then despite actions definitely being taken.

Ruth/Steve can I just check, in the above instance, if the learner then goes on to complete their EPA in the following funding year, will the outstanding OPPs still be received as a balancing payment? Thanks

Hi, I have been trying to get my head around what has been happening for so long, but just tested it and you are absolutely right. How very odd! I knew that happened with drop down boxes but have never seen it on input boxes like those. Thank you both for your help.
