Hi Steve We had a similar situation over a year ago and it turned out that the employer was a levy payer but had set up the DAS account wrongly and they needed to get into touch with the Apprenticeship Service themselves to sort it. Is this the first apprentices they have or have they had others?

There was a webinar on DLOCKs recently which I found really interesting and talked about the order of the locks occuring. One thing that was interesting was that it is the TNP start date that is matching DAS as I had thought it was the actual apprenticeship start date. I have a very similar situation here with the start date being 23/09/2023 and the DAS is 01/10/2023. I have just tested changing the TNP 1 value to £0 and adding a further TNP with the 01/10/2023 date to match DAS and the required training value in it. It has passed FIS validation but I am not sure if it would still DLOCK or not. Has anyone else used this to solve the DLOCK issue?

We had something similar and it needed to be sorted by the Employer as they had set it up incorrectly to the wrong PAYE account. They did get support from the ESFA though.

Hi Jean It is not an easy file format and yet only 6 fields. The name of your file has got the date and time in it which is why you are getting duplicate error message. The year is 2023 and month 7 however the format of all the fields needs to be General and saved as a csv file
