Thank you both for your replies.  The prior learning has been taken into account Ruth which is why I have a number of learners that have Rpl'd credits into the degree i.e. the component. The Provider support manual can be very difficult sometimes to interpret as in the 2021/2 version it clearly states 'For a learner who starts a learning aim with prior learning and is not a restart, in other words they do not need to undertake the full scope of the learning, you must record the percentage of learning left to undertake.... It could, for example, be based upon the percentage of credits left to deliver, time left to deliver, or learning left to deliver. The funding adjustment is applied to the monthly funding instalments and to the achievement element.'  It will certainly make it easier to only alter TNP1 and the evidence of why the training amount is different on these records can be found on the file. Hi Louise With apprenticeships we have a zip file of spreadsheets that are available following submission which has one called Apps Indicative Earnings report which gives you an indication per learner how much you will receive. In the Period End reports zip file which is available following the close of that period then there is another report for apprenticeships called Apps Monthly Payment report which are the actual amounts. Do you get similar reports for Traineeships? Hope that helps.  Gill

Thanks Martin I have checked back on the records and can the original start date in on 2019/0 R12 the 19 learners were on a break on 2020/1 R1 they were still on a break on 2019/0 Produced in Oct 2020 R14 they are showing as returned on 2020/1 R2 they had returned I am not sure I am understanding the issue.

Good morning. I did not notice the FRM report as we were late in submitting this month but it does appear to have not picked up the original learning start date on those that had returned from a break in learning even though the data was in the submission. I have reported the FRM06 errors to the help desk. Has anyone had a response following the R06 closure of what action to take?
