Don't forget that if there is a change to the total price you will also need to alter the employer contribution if there was one in the first place.   We found this when renegotiating our EPA prices and found the cost of the admin involved wasn't worth the savings gained from the price change, so only applied the new prices for new starts.

Hi all, any update on the above?   We have learners who were OOF, went through gateway in 22/23, but have now achieved in August. Does this mean they fall into this years rules and we need a new Apprenticeship Agreement for them?

Hi Christine, did you find a resolution to the above? We have a similar situation whereby the previous employer stopped TAS in June but the new employer had not set up their account. Should we apply the change of employer from June or should we use 1st August to avoid mis-payment?
