Hi Faye This link will take you to the last PDSAT guidance that was issued for the 21/22 academic year (there has not been an updated version published since) however the report logic is still the same. I still use this to refer to when checking my DSAT's each month. HI Kelly, I am hoping that the ESFA give providers an opportunity to feedback on the process. I understand their need for rigour, but there was so much repetition across the 10 sections. I am just reading our 56 page draft report :) - pleased to say No reds, 6 Ambers, and all the rest green - Happy Days ! No torture for another 3 years. I will email you the form. Regards Debbie

HI Kelly, We do have a role and responsibility form that learners studying with one of our nominated subcontracting partners sign at enrolment. It is simple, but it does demonstrate our responsibility to ensure that they understand the roles and responsibilities that we both have in providing their learning experience. I can share a copy if you let me have your email address. As for the joint statement of intent, its madness as our contract clearly details all of this, but they need it in one concise document !
