We have turned our Small Employer Waiver Form into a Non-Levy 16-21 Declaration, and then created a Additional Payments & Subsidy Form. This seemed the most logical step forward!

Indeed Andrew Dickens, we're still going to need the full duration and the content. The little RPL does not match up against the funding drawn down.

It's a clean break, they withdrew as a non-achiever. New employer too.

Thanks, that is what I thought unfortunately. Will keep an explanation in the evidence pack to explain the price vs duration and content.
