It should definitely be showing - if it's not there for you, you should call them being as it closes in less than a week. [image] [image]

Do the to and from dates show under the "Type of Permit" or "Remarks" heading? This is where it would usually state Indefinite Leave To Remain, or other status as applicable to the individual. All BRPs have a "Valid Until" date which is when it needs renewing but is basically the same as our driving licenses and passports which have to be renewed after a certain amount of time. The Valid To date shouldn't be a factor in eligibility as their status shouldn't change - if the BRP states Indefinite Leave To Remain (or other acceptable statement) then this is all that is taken into account for eligibility. If the dates you mention show outside of the "Valid To" section then I'm unable to help, sorry!

We are a training provider with some levy transfers and, as I understand it, we are only "officially" made aware of any levy transfers from the DAS notification we get when the cohort is ready for approval - but once we approve them and the apprentice is on as normal there is no flag for us to be able to identify them. It is considered not something training providers 'need to know' and responsibility lies with the employers to sort everything out. We put a marker in the reference box on the apprentice's DAS record (where their DOB and ULN, etc is) so we can identify them if we need to but as a training provider I don't believe there is currently another way to spot levy transfer apprentices. I must point out that currently we only have levy employers using levy transfer which has all been agreed from the start, not non-levy, so I don't know if it will be different. Hopefully someone can confirm. Sorry, I know that's probably not much help!

Not as far as I am aware. The guidance simply states any GCSE with English in the title at grade C or above is required - I'm not aware of a precedence of one over the other. I have just tried to look at the guidance to see if there's been a recent update but the website doesn't appear to be working for me at the moment. [image]

Hi Andrew, I'm having issues as well - I'm trying to edit before approving a cohort and sometimes it will let me edit and other times the page won't load. You are not alone!
