I know what you mean Ian! We're looking to move to an online system with multiple secure user log ons and interaction via these. We recently paid for a mock audit and they seem to think this will be sufficient. It wouldn't be enough just to have a log-in date stamp, the reviews would need to be commented on by the different parties (as I understand it). We have up until now been getting signatures on reviews via an electronic signature pad which all just seems a bit old school! I honestly don't know how colleges manage this.

Thanks Martin. I read this earlier too. Steve - my thoughts are to potentially record the two non-regulated learning aims with the same code, and see if it errors. I'm not even sure that it's necessary for all subcontractors to be recorded on the ILR...The quote from the funding rules suggests not and the guidance I initially had a few years ago from the ESFA was that the recording of the non-regulated aims were optional.

Ah so I suppose it would count as a Leaver as we'd have to close that ZPROG and reopen a new one with the new standard code.
