Hi again: Normally L3 apprentices always do L2. What level is their Initial Assessment result?

Are you referencing a L2 apprentice? If so, I believe they can only bypass L1 FS if they score high in their IA. If their IA requires them to take L1 then you won’t have an option. Happy to be corrected

Have they logged the required hours? If so no. Although, it should be the learner login this rather than you collecting the evidence

The closest example I’ve seen of this is with degree apprenticeships. I’d say it wouldn’t be allowed but let me check the rules for you. Is there a reason why the employer doesn’t want to use an existing EPAO?

It looks like V1 of the 20/21 ESFA AEB rules were released in May last year so possibly next month for 22/23. Hopefully they dont take as long to release apps rules

My MIS team flagged this with me recently as the majority of my subs were substantially delivering under GLH on AEB- an example was a L1 course being delivered over 4 days and 30 hours where GLH was 80. I was sent a section from a funding doc (not sure which one) where it said if there was evidnece of delivery under the GLH they could claim back funding - mentioning value for money. II've been told this is more a quality of delivery concern rather than an audit issue.
