We work with EPAO NET for our L3 Electrical Installation apprenticeships. We hold the contract with NET and that is who we declare on the ILR but we actually pay the local Am2 assessment centres for the EPA costs. Its a very strange setup. This appears to be along the line of you arrangement but the difference your EPAO Is not on the list. If so your contract should be with the overarching company and that should match your ILR.

Hi Steve, NSF is for learners 24+, if they aged 19-23 you have to fund them through normal AEB funding. Qual will need to be a full L3 and learner must have less than a full l3 already.

If they are 19-23 they are only eligible if their prior attainment is below L2 as this category provides funding for their firat L3 otherwise they have to take out a loan Could this be the issue?

As long as you can explain your processes to an auditor and demonstrate how they work they wont care which ones you use.

Im not 100% sure what age an individual has to apply for settled status in their own right but the funding rules do state family members must also have settled status. K

Hi Martin (I mean Steve😁), I wish my colleague would agree with you on the self declaration for EU nationals, we've been asked to ask learners for actual evidence to prove they've been resident. I think we are anxious due to it being a new rule and our auditors wont advise us what is the right approach to take.

It would depend what you mean specifically about your processes. We review our processes each year based on that years set of funding rules.
