Thank you Ben for your reply - I am trying to add the information but when I put in PM it won't allow me to put in PMR and I am getting a red exclamation mark? I presume I am just adding it to the ZPROG financial record which shows the TNP 1 and TNP2 ? Many thanks in advance

Hi Ben It is error code 01 and no the programme hasn't finished - so I will try removing and seeing what happens then Thank you for your help. I am also getting the following error for just 1 of my learners? LearnDelFAMType_04 The FAM type and code is not valid - any ideas?? many thanks again.

Hello Greg It saved the file as a Microsoft edge HTML doc (xml) but when I click into it - it is all jargon and none of the info I have entered into the ILR tool?

Hello - Just another quick question - Do I list the ZPROG001 as a type 1 learning aim, with the standard code as 372 (for floorlaying), then the Component aim as type 3 with the relevant Zcode and the standard code of 372 (for floorlaying). Also if the learner is doing a FS maths /English is this also listed as a component aim type 3 with relevant learning aim number? Thanks in advance
