I think the only effective option really is incognito mode as Sam says really sorry Martin, that's all I can say for now until we look into it a bit further. Other than that I would raise a query to see if you can gain any further guidance

We do yes, we undertake the assessment as best practice but have been asked the question and I couldn't see any mandatory requirement in the contract
