Hi, The report indicates continuing learners (at an aim level) from 2019 to 2020 where the same aim does not appear in the 2020 to 2021 ILR, each aim is identified by its Learner, start date and aim reference if any of these are different or missing in R04 then the 19/20 aim will be reported in FRM06. Where an aim is missing in R04 you will need to add it to 20/21, where the aim details have changed you will need to correct it in 20/21. HTH

The achievement date records the date the APA was completed pass or fail, this error is only triggered when the completion status is not 1 and is aimed at ensuring that the ACT date to is entered as the achievement date where entered or the actual end date where it is not entered. HTH

Yes, it only requires a change to the Employment status to 11 or 12 at the date the learner was made redundant, if funded through DAS the employer will need to stop the Apprentices on the same date. HTH

Hi, The requirement is to update the Employment Status to code 11 or 12 it does not say you need to include any Learner Employment Status Monitoring such as BSI. HTH

Hi, I have not used the current file merge but it always used to be the case that a learner should only have one record so there should never be duplicate ULN’s. The only workaround is to ensure the learner reference numbers are the same on all the ILRs before they are merged and then they will be combined into single records as required. HTH

Are you sure you have not got a typo in the ULN, if you think it is all correct at your end then you should report errors to the ESFA.

Hi Jessicar, It is immaterial what dates you use as the remaining funding will be split between 80/20% between monthly payments and the completion payment, I would assume you would use a planned end date that reflects when the EPA will be started but as you will then enter the actual end date then no payments will be made until the completion status and achievement date are entered. HTH

Yes incentive payments for hiring a new apprentice introduced in the Plan for Jobs will be extended to 31 March 2021 It is 'will' not 'has been' so we will have to wait until they put all the ducks in a row.

Hi Vicky, I think the issue is the withdraw date if the learner did not return from the BIL you would only change the completion status from 6 to 3 and return the withdraw date as the original BIL date of January 2018. HTH
