Steve Hewitt Hi Steve, we have had a significant number of learners drop onto our FRM37 report at R06. As far as we can see, the new basic ESFA OTJ calculator was published in October 2023, along with version 5 of the Apprenticeship OTJ training policy, which seems to mention rounding up or down for the first time (no mention in version 4). Our thoughts are that we will only remediate the learners who started from October 2023 onwards, as there was no guidance from the ESFA around rounding figures before this time. What are your thought on this?

Yes we have the same issue with the 23A-103 report. We also have 3 reports with zero learners on them, but we know that there should be some learners to investigate on there (namely 23A-213, 23A-215, 23A-216)

Hi, We have a learner who started their L2 apprenticeship age 18 and was employed by a small employer (less than 50 employees), therefore the small employer indicator was included in the ILR. The learner achieved the L2 and progressed onto the L3 Apprenticeship with the same employer, however by this point the learner as over 16-18 so the small employer indicator was not included in the ILR on the L3. The issue we have is that the 24A-103 PDSAT is showing a small employer indicator for both the L2 and L3. Does anyone know the reason for this? Thanks

Hi Eleanor, no we had no luck by the end of Friday last week, so gave up trying! The PDSAT helpdesk said they are aware of the issue, but we don;t know how long it will take to fix. Luckily we had run a PDSAT a week before the R06 return, so we are just using that one.

We had the same issues, but it seemed to work in the afternoon. We have another issue with the PDSAT online tool. When we upload an ILR file, some reports,which we know should have learners on them, have zero learners and the 23A-103 report does not record the 'Count of Employers'. However, if we upload a FIS file, there doesn't seem to be an issue with missing data. Has anyone else experienced this?
