Hi, Please, I need your guidance, today the flowchart above for some reason confuses me. What actually want to say 2. Does the evidence show that the learner spent at least 20% of their time on programme over the PLANNED DURATION on off-the job training? Where is the difference between 1 and 2? Why would we ask for a statement if the learner has completed 20% OTJH on programme over the planned duration? Would be the situation where more than 20% OTJH have been agreed at the beginning of the programme and the learner has completed only minimum of 20%? Or is it where the 20% OTJH MUST be completed by PPED? What I want to understand is if a statement will be required if a learner has completed the number of OTJH agreed at the beginning of the programme in a shorter period. Many thanks, Madalina

Thank you. And what is the prior attainment level that needs to be declared? She does not have any qualification in the UK. Thanks again, Madalina

Thank you, Martin. We have been currently following your advice but, for some reasons, I was under impression that with a support plan in place, the initial assessments and diagnostics can be used as proof of learning needs.

Thank you. My confusion is if a maths/English low initial assessment is classed as a learning need when the learner has not self-declared or identified with any learning difficulty or disability.

Sorry, Martin, just one more clarification if it possible, please. ' This gives time for Provider and employer to set up accounts and complete all paperwork prior to the ILR start date' - This means that the enrolment pack (enrolment form and commitment statement) can be completed and signed before delivery date? Do they not have to be all completed on the same day? I am under impression that I found something in the guidance stating that the commitment statement can be completed before and the Apprenticeship Agreement needs to match with the practical period star date, is this correct? Thank you.
