Unless rules have changed, depends what type of establishment you are Gareth. General Further Education colleges I think have a portal system - you could find out who in your organisation has contact your ESFA (soon to become DfE) Contract Manager and ask them. We're an Independent Specialist College, we submit Annual Report (which is same one we submit to Charity Commission) to ITP.FINANCIALHEALTH@education.gov.uk That address may also be able to advise, or use the helpdesk? Thanks for reply Chris, we currently state "as long as necessary", but I want to update our policy. Our GDPR team are horrified we even ask for evidence of household financial position!

We produce a certificate for achievement of the Z code aims end of each year. Colleague cleverly did some sort of magic to populate a certificate document using the codes as an export from ILR.

At National Star we do use Non-Reg aims to record the RARPA progress, as a specialist college for students with disabilities. We always have one or two students not doing accreditation at all. Last time Ofsted were in they were interested to see the non-accred aims as recognition it's not all about accreditation for NSC students. Hours are in EEP.

Thanks Chris, it does appear all stepping stone quals are included, which is bonkers when the GLH are 1/2 the requirement. I see AOC are on the case asking for a complete rethink. For learners with an EHCP this is a dis-incentive to do a qual and find a reason to exempt instead as it stands.
