This is on front page so hopefully they now know it's not a cache/browser issue - however unlikely that was always going to be with so many affected. "We are aware that some dashboards are appearing blank for some users - we are investigating and will resolve as soon as possible."

Surely the spec has to be wrong, with omission of the wording: "For new starts on or after August 2019, the planned end date must only include the learning related to the learning aim and not include the end point assessment period." The new spec only cover "continuers", so what do you do about new apprentices? One to watch if Spec gets updated, or the Guidance as they can't both be right! Well spotted Paul!

Thank you Peter, I was using .3 version, and the double deletion is a good tip. I was using Export and not save. Anyway, we've got one there now and we aren't touching it again until next year!

I've been trying to ignore this, our HR Department don't see it as their problem, they think it's a "MI" problem to solve, but I don't have access to the staff data. Just sharing the pain of ESFA "reducing the data burden..."

Looking at this again, it may be because we only have 16-19 funding which cannot be changed post R14. We only sign the claim in MyESF. Anyone else seeing the same and can confirm please?

When I go through on Submit Learner Data the claim is greyed out - I haven't signed on MyESF yet - am I correct in thinking you have to do the MyESF bit first, that then triggers the SLD area?
