Thank you for your response.   I have inputted the date we received confirmation that the leaners are withdrawing as the actual end date - but this date is after the planned end learning date and has brought up a warning/errors when i have tried to make a submission.  Please can you advise.  The learners completed all the learning but did not go through EPA.  Thank you.

Thanks for your reply Martin but they didn't complete before the expected end date.  Where could I check if the completion payment has been made?

I have version 2021.4 for that years' learners.  Will this be ok?  Also, some learners from this academic year are also on that version.  Will this matter?

Thank you Martin - I have done as you have advised and resubmitted but received the following error: The achievement date is not known, therefore the Date applies to record must be the same as the Learning actual end date. I am unsure of how to proceed.
