Also looking for some further clarity. We have been reducing price where there is RPL but as discussed above have not reduced the duration when it has not been practical to do so and therefore not reduced delivery hours per above. I have been questioning however how this reconciles with the rules around the Training Plan which say that the plan should not contain any learning that has been identified by RPL. Don't know how we would do this and still have the Plan matching the unreduced hours being delivered and submitted to the ILR?
