Hello, back with a useful update this time! The ILR and data security team have published the privacy notice. The location is now is on the ILR webpage: https://guidance.submitlearnerdatabeta.fasst.org.uk/ The previous ILR Privacy Notice (Appendix F) has been removed and so the new page replaces the previous PDF file to meet accessibility requirements.

Hi Dan, We've recently made a calendar live on Find a further education service with ILR data collection dates in. We've added post-16 monitoring reports publishing and funding claim dates too. Hope that helps Kuldip

Academy General Annual Grant Allocation Statements for the academic year 2021\22 are still being issued, we aim to have every academy that opened on or before January 1st issued by the end of March. Trusts please be aware that it is probable that you will not receive all your academies allocation statements at the same time. Please only contact us if your statement is not available as of March 31st.

Hi all, Please see a note from the ILR team saying that the codes are viewable in the ILR specification 21/22: Destination and progression codes, along with all codes where there is a specific type, are now listed under the relevant type. This removes the need for long lists of codes, which should improve usability. It also allows for future systematic improvements, which could lead to providers and software writers being able to extract the codes for use and display in their MI systems. We will continue to publish separate excel spreadsheets for LDM and DAM code lists, and the Appendices code lists for 2021 to 2022. We will add any updates to both the documents and the online version. Hi all, the Apprenticeship Engagement Service says: The on-demand recording is currently available through our webinar channel until 19th August, please click on our webinar registration page link and then find the recorded webinar, click into it and register to watch it. The permanent home for the recording will be on the YouTube channel in about 3 weeks' time. Hope that helps Kuldip

Thanks Ben Hankinson for you comment A R11 QAR release regarding the hybrid end issues would be very much appreciated, would potentially give us time to analyse the data before the R12 window closes if it is released quickly? QARs colleagues say: We usually do an R12 release and this is published mid-august. In light of feedback, we're looking at the feasibility of an R11 release and we'll communicate this through ESFA communities as soon as we are able to, we're aiming to do this by the end of the month.
