That's what I thought Martin but we have a learner who turned 19 on the start date and our monthly payment reports show the funding line as a 16-18 year old; we've also been paid the 16-18 additional payment. Hence my confusion! Any thoughts?

Hi Martin Thanks for this, it's much appreciated. I'm assuming that the stop date for the incorrect record must match the start date for the new record so that there will be continuous funding?

Hi Martin Do you mean in terms of the emp stat start & end dates? If so, then yes we have. We've also recorded the dates against the new TNP3 & TNP4 dates.

Hi Nicole Thanks for your reply - good to know that your issue was resolved. We only have one learner being affected and as far as I can see the data is definitely correct. I'll have to get my thinking cap back on! Thanks again Helen
