Thanks Steve. In answer to your question about not putting the learners straight onto the L3, it's because the L2 offers the Electric vehicle qual (highly desired by employers) and the F-Gas qual, which the L3 doesn't.

Thanks for your reply Ruth, it's much appreciated. The programme area are fully aware that we can't claim all the funding for the L3 and they have already produced a skills scan for the L3 showing the KSBs that would be omitted. We do have concerns though that learners might inadvertently record L3 OTJ activity on their portfolios whilst on the L2 so we'll have to monitor that really closely. Thanks again Ruth, we feel more reassured now.

Hi Callum Yes, we're still getting the error message too. All I've heard from the helpdesk is that they are aware that a 'few' providers are having issues and they are trying to find a fix. They did advise clearing caches & cookies which I've done but it hasn't worked.
