Thanks Jessica, glad to know it isn't just me having this issue, although sorry to hear you are having it also.
I got the same reply last week where they asked for the ULN as well. Hopefully they can resolve this for us, as I have 4 learners I have found on the report in this situation now.

Is anyone else having issues with unexpected co-investments showing on their R12 Apprenticeship Monthly Payment Report.
We have had several learners who are with non-levy employers who where under 22 when they started showing both plus and minus co-investments due from the employer this month, when I don't think this is correct.
I have raised this with the helpdesk and it is currently with the technical team, but I have never had this many anomalies on a monthly report before and just wanted to know if anyone else has anything like this happening to them?
