Good Afternoon All, following on from this ... I have been asked about a 16-18 year old Ukrainian refugee for September 23 start (they will not have been in the UK for the past 3 years). Do I have it correct they can be funded on a study programme, we would just need to see their Home Office documentation that outlines their status (refugee status)?

Thanks Steve. We currently do a Teams call and the student holds it up to the camera for us. Its a clunky process trying to get hold of the student to do the call and time consuming for our team as a process. Interesting you say that the main funding rules require it ... I will check with my manager regarding this as I am sure she mentioned there is a reason we should see it which relates to funding we claim

Hi. Following on from this. We have a learner who left full time classroom in Sep 21 and then started an Apprenticeship in Jan 22. We have recorded as a withdrawal and then new start. I am being told it should be recorded as a transfer. But by doing so they would appear on PDSAT 22B-005 Transferring Learners, where its saying learners have not been transferred within 1 calendar month. Can I transfer outside the 1 month window? Or should it be a withdrawal and new start?

hi Martin West ... following on from you comment yesterday ... I put in the exemption and it errored in our ILR today saying that they cannot be exempt as they don't have and EHCP, so I had to remove it. Any adivce? Or will they just sit on our COF report?

Hi. I dont know if I am going mad or if our English & Maths condition of funding report is wrong. I have a learner who is enrolled on FS English Level 2 06/09/21 to 08/07/2022 (withdrew 28/09/2021), withdrew off all aims on this date too. Has a grade for English recorded as NONE. But they are showing of the EAM COF report as Doesn't have English, Not Studying English Any ideas?
