Thanks Steve Hewitt and Martin West. Both are correct, which is what I was worried about, which means EBS is the limiting factor for us or at least the way we are using it. With regards to STULOAD then, does this mean that any activity that the leaner is completing contributes to STULOAD. In other words a learner on an apprenticeship that completes their learning in July and enters gateway in September, how would we calculate their STULOAD as it must be a value for the final element? The section has no credit value as such and the leaner is not technically learning/being taught. Thanks
