Hi Martin, Thank you for your response. The apprentice has already been in the programme for 15 months so they suppose to have finished and achieved but as we all know the situation hasn't been in favour to anyone they couldn't finish. They had to change the employer after they passed their end date without achieving, and because they want to achieve the new employer want to add them in DAS and is our first time in this situation not sure what end date should I add on ILR and DAS Best wishes Aisha
