Hi Ruth, thank you for your reply.  This is the same as we do to calculate the new overall TNP, however, it's the eligible costs breakdown on the employer agreement that was brought into question.  How do you calculate the breakdown of the eligible costs which make up the TNP3 when the learner changes employer part of the way through the course?

Thank you for your reply Martin.  I should have clarified, there is start date learning but then the learner has not evidenced any other functional skills learning until they were later into their apprenticeship and the 6 month claim period had passed.
