Many thanks both. Thankfully it's not E&M so will go with option 2 with a good level of confidence.

Thanks Steve, glad it's not just us. I'll do a bit more digging and maybe raise it with......someone...

Many thanks, yes we check this one monthly so looks like I'm on the right track.

Many thanks Chris, that backs up what I was hoping someone would say. Quick follow-up - I know we can specifically add learners in the ILR to the tolerance, but am I right in thinking that the tolerance is applied anyway to cover instances like my original example? Or would we be expected to identify such learners and manually add them to the tolerance?

Have you tried adding a new TNP 1&2 for 01/08/24 for the correct price and seeing if that fixes it? I'm sure this is what we've been advised to do in the past, rather than correcting figures using the original date. It tricks AS into realising that there is an updated price. Let us know if that doesn't work.

Thanks Steve. I'm hearing that he's passed 5 out of 9 units, so presumably as it's units I'd reduce by 55% in this case?

Hi Chris! As far as we're aware it's solely down to the employer to amend this at their end. I'd be very keen to know if there's anything in the pipeline to update this process though! Hope you're well :) Neil

Many thanks Ruth, much appreciated. This is pretty much what I had in my mind but just wanted that bit of extra confirmation. The bit that says "you are satisfied identified learning is directly relevant to their employment prospects" - this is surely open to abuse in some cases as someone could tell us that they want to go into a particular profession, do the course, but then change their mind or not be able to gain employment in that profession. I suppose that would be a massive waste of their own time though. Maybe I'm overthinking it?
