Martin West I can't see that any of our unfunded learners are pulling through on our ILR - that's the problem I'm having and I can't seem to fix it. I have a learner who completed in April and more recent ones where we are trying to book their EPA. Because they're not pulling through they're not recognised on the ESFA so we cannot book anything.

Martin West Ben James Do either of you know how I can get this sorted. Helpdesk is saying to go back to our MIS provider (Tribal) but they don't seem to have an answer and we are unable to book EPA's or issue certificates to these learners. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Laura :)
