Thanks Chloe, would this rule still apply if the learner finds new employment (Employer change) but DAS, contracts etc would not be in place before the  EPA was due to have been taken Sue

Thanks Tracy, I will have to go to the employer as the learners are still live so cant do the transfer on DAS atm :(

Thanks Becky, yes additional payments (I am so old the old terminology is embedded in my brain). The learner was still under 18 on the start of her second apprenticeship. The Employer will be pleased

Not sure about last week but I am having problems today. It just comes up with an error page when I try to 'manage learners' Are you having problems today?

Thanks Kelly :) The learner had declared 10+ years in the UK but only supplied an address to cover 2 years. I was really asking if we need to  chase the address (for the other year) or just accept that they lived in the uk for all their life.
