Accountability Dashboard - Breaks in Learning

Well, that's "interesting"...

Says at the top of the report that learners with corresponding restarts should be excluded from the count... Nothing weird with your restart flags/original start dates is there?

Similar over here. Currently have 7 learners on a Break according to our ILR, but 27 according to the dashboard. Have checked a good portion of the returns and all of the requisite indicators/dates are populated. Doesn't appear to have recognised the returns.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, if it's broken, they'll fix it, there are no "computer says no" decisions being taken based on it, despite what certain doom mongers might say.

In some ways I am happy that it is happening to someone else too as all indicators are in and original dates. It does make you question everything and recheck

Thank you for the feedback around the breaks in learning indicator within the Apprenticeship Accountability Framework Dashboard.

In response to similar user feedback raised elsewhere, we have identified some technical fixes which are required for this indicator, which we will be addressing via the next scheduled update to the Dashboard.

We will continue to iterate the Dashboard in response to user feedback and will notify users of planned changes via ESFA Update

I have checked the Dashboard that has now been updated for R08 and I still have the same issue with BIL measure - has it been fixed for anyone else?

Reopening an old thread because I'm concerned we've got the same issue happening again - I've got learners appearing on my over 365 day BiL list on the accountability framework dashboard who have already returned from BiL and in some cases already successfully completed... Anyone else?!

This was happening to us as well, however when I logged into the dashboard today it seems to have resolved and the learners who have returned have disappeared from the dashboard.

Ah, thanks Sam Bern. Same here - it seemed to get fixed with the update to the dashboard on 23 July. Thanks for the confirmation it wasn't just us - that's a relief because the initial response from the helpdesk was that the problem was in our ILR data.
