We deliver a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard to all our learners regardless of their location.  Our Irish, Northern Irish and Welsh apprentices are privately funded and we have just been informed by our EPAO that these learners need to be included in our ILR for them to receive a Apprentice Standard certificate on completion.  Does anyone have any guidance for our Irish candidates, who don't have a recognised postcode, ULN and National Insurance number?

Do you *need* them for FM 99? I'm sure I've included Parisian learners (non-funded of course) in the ILR before (long story...). Might be something your student record system demands, but that's a slightly different question...

Perfect, thank you so much for your guidance :-)
