Regarding the submission periods with a reference date (R04, R06, R10 etc), can I ask if anyone has any insight into the impact of not including all provisions being delivered by those dates? Principle 3 Data Management Principles section states the following concerning reference dates, but I'm not clear on the repercussions of not including all learners by those dates? Principle 3: For any particular return, a provider must meet the timeliness specification Where there is a collection reference date on the ILR data collection timetable (Appendix A), you must accurately describe in the ILR all provision delivered up to and including the collection reference date. The provider may include data for provision delivered after the collection reference date.

If they are removed from the ILR, how does the ESFA reconcile the funding accrued to date?

Thanks Steve. Can I please how you know this as I wasn't sure? Is there any guidance that explains that this should be corrected?
