I'd be interested to know the outcome of this Tracy Clement if you don't mind sharing once you've spoken to the ESFA?

Ah, it only seems to have 21/22 data included so I'll have to wait for the 22/23 dataset to be added

Thanks Steve! Thought I'd checked all the files but clearly not... problem solved.

Interestingly this came up in discussion today. My view is very much in keeping with Ruth's. Our current approach to to report the non-mandatory aims as we're delivering them at request of the employer. They're not included in the costings and are delivered as a value add because they want a qualification they recognise, despite it not being a funded element of the apprenticeship. Also agree with the point about potential OTJ conflicts and the challenge in identifying those instances.

Same here, no update since R14 so we're sticking with internal figures to monitor performance against the key areas.

Coming back to this, I can't see anything around how apprentices access the survey. Has anyone found information on this?

Ruth Canham-James I've been looking at this too - we've had one this morning for example where the date of the EPA was 25th September but the results were shared yesterday. Based on the below from the PSM, I think I'd be comfortable using the date of the EPA as that's when the EPA activity ended: The programme aim must be updated with the Achievement date recorded as the date the end point assessment period for the programme was completed, whether the outcome was a success or a failure.

Thanks Becky, I've had the same approval for EAS which is good. Positive news to share with the apprentice. We haven't quite got to the bottom of the reason for non-payment on my ticket but I'm glad to have closed this one off finally. It'll be useful to bear this escalation route in mind moving forward!

Thanks Becky, that's really useful info. Will go back to my contact and see if they can proceed on this basis.
