At times we have to chase employers to 'approve' in their DAS accounts which can run on for weeks. We have always managed the DLOCKS so why the need to change?

Good afternoon, check your contract, and that should give you GLHs for that funded programme - most are either 60 or 100. But please check the contract.

Hi there We have had the same issue, with two learners completing and achieving early their L3s and progressing onto L6. There is still a data mismatch going back to September 2025. The help desk says the employer needs to change the end date - the employer couldn't (they screen shared and they didn't have the option as the learner had already achieved & we have received completion payment). Then the helpdesk wanted the evidence from our ILR of the completion which we sent then they said the employer must change the date. We are still stuck with no outcome - who do we complain too - as this is 4 months on......???

Hi there, the employer can stop the learner from the 'start date' in their DAS account. Then, create a new cohort to add the learner to with the new standard.
