Fantastic, thanks Martin West.  Not a new rule then, just the same, they must have picked their EPAO before 6 months of their practical period end date, as I thought.

Thanks @Ruth, this is really helpful.  Do you think a mock exam could class as sitting the level 1 exam?  I don't think so but wanted to get another opinion. thanks

Thanks so much Laura Howard, my eyes must of been playing tricks on me!  I will go on a hunt for a contract, as last year we used the template from AELP, but we want to try a different way this year.
