I've had the same issue and raised it with the service desk. Despite showing them a screen grab and sending them a copy of the report, they denied that there was any issue here. It's still being looked into as I didn't accept their response. Glad I'm shortly leaving this sector!!!

To get the completion payment, can they be entered as 2-8 (awaiting results) or do you need to know if they have passed or failed in order to get the completion payment?

As Ruth says, the Apprenticeship Service will be able to shut it down for you but it may take a few weeks for them to do so. We had a similar situation a few months back including that of the inventive payment. We were informed by the ESFA Service desk to return the £500 Employer Contribution via the EAS.

We're having the same issue as you Sue. This seems to be a different issue again to the one we have had over the past few weeks. Wonder if they are doing some sort of update? Not great when you're trying to get R12 sorted!!!

They (KPMG) have put a "fix" in place and it's now working for me - for now. As it's happened twice this week, I fear if I try again tomorrow the same issue will occur.

I have just emailed their Helpdesk to state it is not working again and that it's not helpful with this being Period R12 in the funding year. Will update the thread if I get a reply

The guys at KPMG managed to get a fix sorted yesterday - so it's now sorted. We're still having issues with the other query I posted though with the DAS

Hi Nicole, I can't help with the "invalid file type" issue here apart from to suggest the format of the file. We use PICS and after creating an ILR file I just "unzip" that file and upload that to the PDSAT system - so just check the file extension. In regards to your access issue, I had the same issue when I recently moved to another ITP and set the PDSAT up. Although you say you went through the verification process and so had the verification code, did you email their helpdesk asking them to verify your account after you had entered it? I found once I did that, within 30 minuites I had access.
