Hi Claire, tbh i'd be inclined to just leave them as active and untimely, as all the BIL does is pause the on programme funding. If they've reached the planned end date we would have received all the on programme funding, it will just be the completion payment to be released once they sit EPA.

Thank you Timmo, yes ive checked it in notepad and it does seem sporadic but when i change it back to CSV the headings are as they should be and this is what we submitted to SLD. Ive sent a message to servicedesk to see if they can offer any advice. Very odd as we haven't changed any of the processes and has always worked fine.
