Hi Clare,  We record the last 4 digits of the document received, we accept payslips (for last 3 months) or P60. We record evidence seen in our MIS & also sign enrolment form. This information is only accessible to MIS admin and the information submitted via learner is erased in the end of academic year.  I hope this helps.

Hi, Thanks for the reply, Neither of them have citizenship. I thought people on skilled worker visa & Dependent visa could not claim fund because it usually pops up after they apply visa.  Regards Aayushi
