Thanks Steve, sorry I should have given a little bit more info on my query, these courses we are delivering are fundable through a devolved MCA contract, and they give us Z codes we can use relating to our programs like a Level 2 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals course or a Microsoft DP-900 Azure Fundamentals.

I have just checked our learners showing on the report as I had the same questions as everyone, as the info doesn't seem to be definitive. On our P5 learners, everyone that was coded in EPA (1&8 on the Zprog and other applicable aims 2&8) with the LDOL in the learning actual end date didn't show so it looks like these are being excluded, the only PPED we have showing are coded as 1 for still being on programme and no other end information in the ILR. I also put a ticket in about this last week with the helpdesk, and asked the people on the webinar for clarification but haven't heard anything back yet, if I here before anyone else on this I will update on here.

Hi Callum, I am still getting the same issue and cannot process anything, I have just chased the helpdesk about 30 mins ago asking for an update & resolution, as we all need this fixing before Thursday, as I am sure we are all getting more frustrated by the hour on this! Hi Helen, I got that initially, and then about 30 mins later got a reply from a person saying they were looking into it. Although from Sam has said it sounds like not many people are having the issue we are which is a shame. I hope they fix it soon as I am sure you are all the same and just want to process the applications and also don't want to miss out on funding for something that isn't our fault!

Hi All, I don't know if anything has been updated on the system over the weekend, but I have deleted all my 24/25 annotations and uploaded my latest spreadsheet (which had previously failed but now deleted) and it has worked this morning, and the annotations have uploaded 🎉 hopefully this works for others as well! I uploaded annotations last night and have just checked and they have also failed, but it was working last week when I uploaded annotations. Thanks for this I might not have checked it worked until the next time I ran the PDSAT, if you hear anything back from the helpdesk on this, please update it on here. Thanks Lisa

I had this recently but it was due to a funding band maximum changing part way through the month and the DfE systems hadn't updated yet so I had learners showing a co-investment that was due, but it wasn't. I raised it with the PDSAT helpdesk, and they were able to sort it out and the learners no longer show on the report, and I haven't done anything my end. It might be worth getting in contact and hopefully they can help with this for you.
