Hi Ben The ILR data-mis-match is coming up on the 1st employer that has stopped their account, not on the new employers. The new employer isn't set up as 2nd employer on DAS. They started a new account instead of in a cohort. Hi We have a data mis-match come up. The original cost with the 1st employer was £10000 and the residual cost with the new employer is £6000. On our MIS system it is input as residual cost. How do we get rid of the error?

I think the apprentice was expecting from what she describes could be the "care leavers bursary" but she hasn't mentioned that she was in care just she lives with a relative. Will look into this more with her.

Hi Martin That's the problem, he doesn't have a new employer to start with, but he left his employer whilst he was at Gateway and EPA booked. I know they can be out of employment for 30 days which in this time he should have achieved his EPA. How do we claim his completion payment if he isn't with his levy employer now and they won't let us claim the completion through their levy because he left.

Hi Ruth Optional aims I've put under code 99 (unfunded) thinking that these would show on the PLR incase we can't get a certificate, it double bluffed me though as it came up as a non-regulated aim and not the unit title etc

Hi We have an apprentice that has taken all parts of EPA and did not achieve 2 of them, he is not going to be re-sitting these so I have coded him as 2 for completion status and 3 as outcome, where do I put the end date which is 10/0/2021, his learning end date was in last year July 2020.
