Good morning 😊 Issue has been resolved. It is the end date that the employer needs to alter on the apprenticeship service account, below is the response from AS Support and it's worked:- Please note that this will not stop a new record from being added if there is a progression to a new apprenticeship. If there is an overlapping training date error, please advise that they will need to amend the previous end date to be in line with the date the end-point assessment was sat. The new apprenticeship record can then be added. This would still happen if the completion status was being generated. The employer can amend the projected finish date through their employer apprenticeship service (AS) account (https://www.gov.uk/sign-in-apprenticeship-service-account) by: Selecting 'Apprentices' from the 'Apprenticeships' section on the homepage, Selecting 'Manage your apprentices', Locating and selecting the apprentice name from the list, Selecting 'Edit' next to Apprentice details, Inputting a new planned end date e.g. change from December 2025 to September 2024 or earlier.

Hi Ruth Yes the AS record is set up and details approved with the employer - it's this account that the ILR data mis-match is showing on. The end date of previous employer was 27/07/2025 and she started with the new employer 29/07/2025. Residual cost is from 29/07/2025. Employer info is up to date on our database.

Hi Ruth Thank you for this, the completion payment month is showing as January 2026, not sure why this would be as his completion was included in the R03 return.

I think my issue was because the employer wasn't approving the information timely enough. If the funding isn't approved by the employer in 2 weeks then it automatically comes back to us.

Hi Ruth For some reason the apprentice isn't showing on the Summary payment report in R06, he was showing in R05 before the completion. Do you know why this would be? thank you Anni

Thank you Ruth, I'm going to have to try and produce a tracker like you have, think like you say it's a big task.

Hi Ruth Thank you for this I've just got access to these reports so trying to fathom my way through them. So, one of our apprentices funded through Levy has a co-investment showing as below because of lack of levy funds, in column V is shows Zero does this mean i need to invoice the employer for the amount? [image] Thank you Anni

[image] Hi We have an apprentice that achieved his EPA in Sept 2023, on the monthly payments report it is showing that £50 is due from employer. The full £250 co-investment has been paid so wondering why this is showing and will our payment be held back>? thank you Anni

The learner moved provider so already had what we were told £4000 used in funding, hence our price of £17000. the price above funding band limit on the indicative report is showing £4400 above.
