Hello, I don't know if this well help, as your excel skills sound above my knowledge and it may not even apply but there is a known issue with the how the reports are dealing with return to learning after a break. Submit Learner Data known issues - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Thank you @Steveh I will double check with the teams to see what they are doing with the term time only learners. I know with the one case that is on the DSAT that the hours haven't been averaged over the programme which is probably why the report is looking for more. It would be useful if the report were able to give us the bare minimum OTJ the learner would be required to do, based on the lower thresholds. But then I guess some may take the figure provided and use it when they should really be using a figure calculated to each learners circumstances.

Hi @Steveh yes it seems to be the 30hours a week and also a couple of learners who only work 38 weeks a year it doesn't like their value as the duration of the programme has been extended to take into account the learner only working term time but still working 30+ hours.

Hi Martin, I thought the difference was between 2019_20 data and 2020_21 data so they were not in our 2019_20 ILR?

Many thanks SteveH, do you now how it would impact funding? We've been stung in the past (apprenticeship delivery) by the ILR checks picking up previous funding elsewhere, and I don't want to fall foul of signing up a trainesship learner and then losing funding because of the aim being in another providers ILR albeit closed down. Thank you

Hi Martin, Thank you for the response, are we still supposed to close down the original ILR with the first employer and create a new episode for the new employer and then use TNP 3 and TNP 4 or has that changed again. Sorry to ask another question.
